Want to learn to paddleboard? This is the class for you. Class starts with a land orientation where we'll go over safety protocol, equipment, proper paddling techniques, basic paddleboard turns and a few other tips and tricks. Then we'll hit the water where we'll practice what we've learned. Afterward you'll have plenty of time to paddleboard on your own or we'll take you on a guided paddleboard tour of the Eastern Chesapeake Bay.
Combine your love of stretching and relaxation with the peaceful motion of the Chesapeake Bay. During our paddleboard yoga sessions the flow is slow and paddleboards are anchored so you can enjoy an hour long SUP yoga class on the water. No yoga or paddleboard experience required. We'll teach you all you need to know to stretch, flex and stay dry.
Through this fun and basic fitness class we will give you a taste of the many benefits of training on the water including: paddleboard skills, balance, endurance, strength and focus. This class is designed to accommodate all skill levels and incorporates cardio and strength building exercises.
Prefer a private paddleboard lesson for yourself or your group? We'll be happy to accommodate you with one of our class formats or tell us what you prefer and we'll design a paddleboard outing just for you. Perfect for corporate team buildings, girls day out, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, kids birthday parties, family reunions or just a fun day on the water.
