A long time fan of all things fitness and water, Karla grew up on the lakes of the Midwest and was drawn to the Annapolis/Eastern Shore area out of love for its abundant waterways. A long-time resident of Kent Island, Karla is an ISMA Personal Trainer, PaddleFit Level 2 Coach, ERYT200 Yoga Instructor and Certified Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor.
Marti practices wellness both on and off the mat. As a Yogfit Level 1 instructor she specializes in gentle yoga for seniors, young adults and children. As a lifelong seeker of health and wellness as well as a coach of the Dragonfly 12 Week Journey, Marti brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding healthy eating, herbs and essential oils.
We'll be hosting free yoga classes at the Kent Island Library starting April 20th. NO registration is required, just bring your mat and your body and get your stretch on with us!
