A long time fan of all things fitness and water, Karla grew up on the lakes of the Midwest and was drawn to the Annapolis/Eastern Shore area out of love for its abundant waterways. A long-time resident of Kent Island, Karla is a certified ISMA personal trainer, PaddleFit Level 2 and RYT200 Yoga instructor.
Marti practices wellness both on and off the mat. As a Yogfit Level 1 instructor she specializes in gentle yoga for seniors, young adults and children. As a long time student of health and wellness as well as a coach of the Dragonfly 12 Week Journey, Marti brings a wealth of knowledge surrounding healthy eating, herbs and essential oils.
Pete began his love of water sports as an avid sea kayaker and canoer, but was instantly hooked on paddleboarding after literally "catching" the wave in 2010. He expanded his casual paddling to racing shortly thereafter and fell in love with the environment and community of fellow SUP enthusiasts. Pete is a PaddleFit level 1 and 2 certified trainer.
